Blackhawk VI

The Park at Blackhawk VI, Section 3 is part of a larger residential site development in Pflugerville.

 

The scope of this project includes;

 

• Site grading and street excavation

• Lime stabilization of subgrade, multiple courses of base, HMAC paving

• Storm water improvements including a 54” outfall stilling basin

• Wastewater improvements and services

• Water improvements and services

• Erosion controls including a 200 foot long mosaic limestone retaining wall

• Curb, gutters, sidewalks, ADA ramps, and concrete valley gutters
