Carlson Place Phase A & B

Carlson Place is residential site development in Georgetown.

 

The scope of this project includes;

• Site grading and excavation for streets and lots

• Lime subgrade stabilization, multiple course base, HMAC street improvements

• Storm water improvements including a 66” outfall and wier dam

• Wastewater improvements and services

• Water improvements and services

• Erosion controls including multiple mosaic limestone retaining wall through the site
